PLAN YOUR VISIT // FAQ
There is parking in the Mount Olivet parking lot, and across the street at the Mount Olivet Historic Chapel. Spaces will be reserved near the event entrance for handicap accessibility. Street parking is also be available on Larch Lane and on neighboring streets.
Beer, wine, food, and dessert are all available for purchase. Concessions tickets can be purchased onsite using cash or credit.
A state issued ID is required for purchase of alcoholic beverages or to claim alcohol related raffle prizes.
Kids 10 and under are free. There are plenty of fun, kids activities!
Bottled water is available for purchase onsite. You may bring your own water bottles, but access to water spigots for refills isn't available.
Event day admission and concession tickets can all be purchased using cash or credit. If you plan on purchasing raffle tickets, you must use cash.
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping event. Areas off event grounds will be designated for smoking and vaping, with receptacles.
The Dining Tent and Tent Stage will have tables and folding chairs for seating. The main stage is located on a grassy field. Plan to bring blankets or lawn chairs to avoid sitting on the ground. Tents are not permitted.
PET POLICY No pet allowed. Guests may bring their trained service animals into BBNBBQs. Working dogs (including guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities) or working dogs in training are permitted. The service animal must be properly identified, inoculated, and leashed at all times.
There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Shaded areas are provided by our Tent Stage and second dining tent. The main stage is located in an open field. Plan for sunscreen and sunglasses if you are sensitive to direct sunlight!
Plan to bring some bug spray!Our pesky winged friends make their appearance around 9 PM.
Plan responsibly for transportation to and from event grounds.
