There is parking in the Mount Olivet parking lot, and across the street at the Mount Olivet Historic Chapel. Spaces will be reserved near the event entrance for handicap accessibility. Street parking is also be available on Larch Lane and on neighboring streets.
Beer, wine, food, and snacks are all available for purchase. Concessions tickets can be purchased onsite using cash or credit.
A state issued ID is required for purchase of alcoholic beverages or raffle tickets.
You may bring your own water bottles, but access to water spigots for refills isn't available. Bottled water is available for purchase onsite.
Event day admission, concession tickets and merchandise can all be purchased using cash or credit. If you plan on purchasing raffle tickets, you must use cash. An ATM will be available onsite with a $3.00 service fee.
This is a non-smoking event. Areas off event grounds will be designated for smoking, with receptacles.
The Dining Tent and Tent Stage will have tables and folding chairs for seating. The main stage is located on a grassy field. Plan to bring blankets or lawn chairs to avoid sitting on the ground. Tents are not permitted.
Shaded areas are provided by our Tent Stage and second dining tent. The main stage is located in an open field. Plan for sunscreen and sunglasses if you are sensitive to direct sunlight!
Our pesky winged friends make their appearance around 9 p.m. Plan to bring some bug spray!
Plan responsibly for transportation to and from event grounds.
